The Custom Art Process
1. Consultation
We begin with a personal consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and specific requirements. This can be done in person, over the phone, or via video call. During this session, we will discuss:

- The intended use and location of the artwork.
- Specific elements or themes you wish to incorporate.
- Size, medium, and any other technical specifications.
2. Concept Development
Based on our consultation, I will develop a concept that aligns with your vision. This includes:
- Preliminary digital mock-ups.
- Selection of the images or planning a custom photoshoot if needed.
- Detailed proposal outlining the creative direction and project timeline.
3. Creation
Once the concept is approved, the creative process begins. During this phase:
- I will capture new images or use existing ones to create your artwork.
- You will receive regular updates and previews to ensure the work is progressing as envisioned.
- Adjustments and refinements will be made based on your feedback.
4. Finalization and Delivery
Upon completion, your custom artwork will be carefully prepared for delivery. This includes:
- High-quality printing on your chosen medium (e.g., face-mounted acrylic or encaustic).
- Professional framing and mounting, if desired.
- Secure packaging to ensure safe delivery.
- I offer worldwide shipping and can also arrange for local delivery and/or installation if needed.
